Enrollment

1. On Demand Membership is available to all eligible U.S. participants. Merchant Funded Rewards may, at any time, modify or amend your eligibility to participate in the Program.
2. Agreement and acceptance of the terms and conditions of On Demand constitutes enrollment in the Program.
3. Merchant Funded Rewards reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, remove the On Demand functionality with or without notice. You can review the most current version of the Terms and Conditions at any time by accessing the Program Web site. In addition, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines, rules, or disclosures applicable to the Program that may be posted on the Program Web site.
4. These Terms and Conditions are supplemental to the original terms and conditions of On Demand which still apply.
5. On Demand is offered with no additional fee.

Change or Cancellation of Account/Program

1. Closed or cancelled accounts will be ineligible to redeem cash that posts after the cancellation or closing date. If your card has been lost or stolen, applicable cash earnings will be transferred to your new account.
